Barn Star Swag accepts exchanges for size and style adjustments within 10 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds - only exchanges are permitted.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery

  • Original packaging should be included

  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, washing, or alterations

Exchange Process

  1. Request Authorization

    • Contact us through our website's contact exchange request form to request an exchange

    • Include your order number and desired exchange details

    • Wait for return authorization and shipping address

  2. Shipping Guidelines

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Barn Star Swag

    • A tracking number must be provided to Barn Star Swag once shipped

    • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit

  3. Exchange Completion

    • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your exchange

    • Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item

    • Shipping costs vary based on the quantity and weight of items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive items that are damaged or defective due to our error:

  • Contact us immediately through our website's contact email

  • Include clear photos of the damage

  • Barn Star Swag will work with you to get your damaged product resolved
